Description
An experienced chartered psychologist, I work with adults and young people across a range of presentations, including depression and anxiety, trauma, relationship breakdown and family systems, life transitions, those coming out of abusive situations, post-natal depression and birth trauma, grief, bullying and self-harm, gender and sexuality.
My therapeutic training covers an extensive range of modalities including existential psychology and philosophy, EMDR, Brainspotting & other trauma-related approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, body-based somatic psychotherapy including Somatic Experiencing, pre and perinatal psychotherapy, TA, Internal Family Systems, transpersonal/psycho-spiritual psychotherapy, MBCT for adults and young people, Mindfulness-based CBT and HypnoCBT
I see clients online and currently have availability for a small number of new clients. I am registered with Aviva, Axa PPP, Vitality, WPA, Cigna and Evernorth. Individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration and cost £95 or as agreed with your private health insurer.
