*Friday sessions £20* NHS Experience. Life can be overwhelming and we can be dealing with something painful. We all have times when we need support. Perhaps you have experienced a difficult time and are struggling on the other side and need emotional support. You do not have to struggle alone. It is only when we speak to someone unconnected from us that we hear our thoughts and how we are really feeling. We primarily focus on clients that are dealing with life’s difficulties such as work, education, relationships and many more. Additionally psychological problems such as depression, anxiety disorders,OCD, PTSD and panic.
I work with you to establish and help you achieve your goals at your own pace. I will offer you a safe space where you can be listened to and express your uncensored thoughts. I can also help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours and then work to break out of this vicious cycle. I have previous NHS experience. Counselling and CBT.
Choosing a therapist can be a daunting prospect. I offer a 10 minute telephone consultation over the phone to discuss what you require help with and would like to do. Alternatively you can send me an email with any questions you might have.
Our two therapy rooms come with a waiting room and patient toilet access.
