I have over 24 years experience as a therapist, and prior to that over a decade as a medical doctor in the NHS.  I chose to leave an established medical career to build a truly holistic mind-body therapy practice with clients at its centre. 

My practice focuses on helping women 40 years and over with a range of difficult life circumstances and challenges including stress, problem drinking, anxiety, burnout, low mood, chronic illness, relationship issues, confidence, grief and loss.
